The support of our sponsors helps us host approximately 50 conference sessions focused on all aspects of librarianship and library technology. In addition to formal conference sessions, we offer multiple opportunities for engagement with library staff through popular events like our User Appreciation Party. We are currently working on the agenda. Once it has been finalized, we will be able to notify all sponsors of the designated exhibit hours and no-conflict times. We are currently considering two no-conflict times for Wednesday and one no-conflict time on Thursday morning. There are numerous breaks between sessions and extended lunch times for additional networking opportunities.
Location & Setup
All sponsor exhibits will be set up in the exhibit hall on the Lower Concourse. Sponsors are welcome to provide branded drapery for their table(s), and can bring a free-standing backboard. Please note: each table will be 6 feet long and the backboard cannot be any taller than 8 feet. The conference team will not provide any hardware or support structures for sponsor backboards.
Session proposals for sponsors should be submitted by June 16th. If you submit after June 16th, proposals will be considered as space allows. Session proposals will only be considered if you have committed sponsorship for LUC.
